Ecovation institutes best practice project delivery initiatives. Each of our project managers are dedicated to achieving delivery of the design and build phase of our wastewater treatment projects expeditiously, safely and efficiently.

Project managers are responsible and accountable to the client and to Ecovation’s senior management for leading a team that includes personnel, partners, subcontractors, and suppliers. They are empowered to act on behalf of the company and serve as the main point of contact for all matters regarding the assigned project. Our senior management team is also directly involved with strategic project consultation and client interaction.

Planning, tracking and monitoring each of our projects is very important to us. Our processes keep our customers informed of project requirements, progress of work, and critical decisions. Each of our projects benefits from a Project Execution Plan, including the strategy, roles and responsibilities of the “team” for all phases of the project. The Project Execution Plan includes:
