Ecovation develops and implements operation and maintenance plans that focus on optimizing wastewater treatment system capabilities. Well-managed systems are successful due to a thorough understanding of the water treatment process, participation in design, the development of a systematic set of guidelines and procedures, a strong communications network, and a motivated and well-trained staff. Ecovation’s strategy addresses each of these areas.

Ecovation provides long-term contract operations for the majority of its installed facilities. For most installations, Ecovation takes ultimate responsibility for the ongoing operations and preventive maintenance programs for our customers' entire wastewater treatment systems.

We operate each installation based on a stringent set of self-performance measurements and practices, including:

• Regularly communications and reporting
• Computerized maintenance management tailored to each installation's specific equipment
• Quality performance standards customized for each installation
