ECOVATION RANKS #1 ON LIST OF ROCHESTER TOP 100 COMPANIES

Wastewater treatment company recognized as fastest growing private company in Rochester, New York

Ecovation designs, builds and operates wastewater management systems for clients in a variety of industries. Employing patented MFT, Krofta, and other licensed technologies, Ecovation’s wastewater treatment solutions offer superior performance, while requiring a much smaller environmental footprint. Many of Ecovation’s systems produce renewable biogas that can assist in offsetting energy consumption at clients’ facilities.

Having grown 770% over the past three years, Ecovation was recently named #366 on the Inc. 500 list. In past years, this distinguished list included world-class companies such as Microsoft, Timberland and Oracle before they became industry powerhouses.

The Rochester Top 100, now in its 21st year, recognizes the area's best performing companies. The program is sponsored by the Rochester Business Alliance and the local office of KPMG LLP, a worldwide accounting firm. Eligible companies must be independent, privately held, have revenue of at least $1 million in each of the three most recent fiscal years and be headquartered in the greater Rochester area. The companies are ranked according to revenue growth both in terms of dollars and percentage increases.
