ECOVATION ANNOUNCES ADDITION OF FIVE NEW MEMBERS TO BOARD OF DIRECTORSProfessionals from financial, business development, and engineering backgrounds to contribute greatly Ecovation, a developer of value-driven wastewater treatment and renewable energy solutions, today announced the addition of Creighton (Kim) Early, Richard Kollauf, Rita A. Oberle, Robert B. Sheh, and Philip O. Strawbridge to its board of directors. The new directors bring financial and industry experience.Kim Early has 28 years of domestic and international senior-level executive experience in operations and financial management for manufacturing enterprises. Early currently serves as Chairman of the Board of DPAC Technologies, and Consulting Principal for the Environmental Financial Consulting Group. He was President of Global Water Management and Chief Financial Officer for Earth Tech, a leading international consulting engineering and asset management firm. With over 20 years of professional service experience as a general legal counsel and Chief Financial Officer, Richard Kollauf brings many talents to Ecovation. Currently he is a director of family office services for Vogel Consulting Group, providing tax, accounting, investment advisory services and other family wealth planning services. As a former tax manager with Arthur Andersen, Kollauf managed tax consulting and compliance for both corporate and individual clients of exceptional wealth. His legal experience includes business litigation, governmental regulatory issues, real estate, and insurance administration. Once named 1999 Engineer of the Year by the All Metro-Atlanta Engineering Organization, Rita A. Oberle has worked as director of facilities planning and management for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, established research partnerships across Europe and Asia, directed worldwide management for all Air Force infrastructure systems, and was once recognized by the United States Congress for her accuracy in cost estimates for environmental remediation and construction projects. Dr. Oberle has a Ph.D. in civil engineering and construction management from the University of Florida and is a registered professional engineer. She most recently served as a tenured faculty member at Georgia Institute of Technology. Robert Sheh joins Ecovation’s board of directors with nearly 30 years of management and business development experience. He is currently a managing partner with the Alta Group, an active, middle-market private equity group. Having spent more than 20 years of his career in senior-level executive positions at the Parsons Corporation, a worldwide engineering and construction firm that reports annual revenues of about $3 billion, Sheh has a keen understanding of business development and infrastructure planning, especially in government contracting. He has recently served as President of CH2M Hill. Sheh has a keen understanding of management, business development, and finance for environmental/engineering firms. Philip Strawbridge has a keen understanding of the energy and environmental industries. He currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer for Energy Solutions, a multibillion dollar global leader in the nuclear technology and services industry. Strawbridge has previously worked as senior director for FLUOR Corporation, senior vice president and Chief Financial Officer for OHM Corporation, and Chief Financial Officer for International Technology Corporation, a $1.6 billion professional services firm specializing in environmental consulting and remediation, and infrastructure management.
