ECOVATION ANNOUNCES THE ADDITION OF
LAURA REITTER AND DANIEL ROSS
Wastewater Management Company Restructures Finance Department
Ecovation, a developer of sustainable and value-driven wastewater
treatment systems, today announced the hiring of Laura Reitter and Daniel
Ross as Vice Presidents in its finance department. Ms. Reitter will
serve as Vice President, Finance, and Mr. Ross will be Vice President,
Controller.
“As we grow, it is important that our financial structure can
accommodate rigorous internal controls and more complicated decision
making,” said Diane Creel, CEO of Ecovation. “Laura and
Daniel both have the high level of experience we need to make the Finance
department ready to address the issues of an expanding company interacting
with influential clients and investors.”
Laura Reitter, CPA, has more than two decades of experience leading
financial services teams and interacting with clients of all sizes and
needs. In her previous capacity as Regional Sales Integration Manager,
Ms. Reitter developed partnerships in numerous channels and market segments
to effectively promote the Citibank brand. She also oversaw financial
services provided to small businesses in the Upstate NY area. Ms. Reitter
earned her BS at the State University of New York, Albany and a Master’s
in Finance, Marketing and Entrepreneurship at the University of Rochester.
Daniel Ross comes to Ecovation from the Visiting Nurse Service of Rochester,
where he served as the Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial
Officer. As the CFO, Mr. Ross oversaw all financial information and
systems for the non-profit, as well as providing strategic guidance.
Mr. Ross received a BS and MBA from St. John Fisher College in Rochester.
