Bokor brings experience in management and leadership to
expand Ecovation’s West Coast business
Ecovation, a developer of value-driven wastewater treatment and renewable
energy solutions, today announced the addition of Peter C. Bokor as
Vice President and Director of West Coast Operations and Development.
Before joining Ecovation, Bokor worked with California-based Earth
Tech, Inc., a Tyco International Ltd. company. As Vice President of
Corporate Strategic Services, he established annual operating priorities
for management and staff. In addition, Bokor oversaw the communication
between the parent company and employees.
Bokor’s experience with strategy and financial planning was honed
during his tenure at Lehman Brothers, where he worked with leveraged
buyout funds and performed merger and acquisition analyses to evaluate
investment opportunities for client companies. Bokor brought his expertise
to his first position at Earth Tech, where he participated in the entire
process of acquisition and integrated the acquired companies into the
existing operating structure.
“Peter’s extensive experience in operations and finance,
as well as engineering, is exactly what we need to service our growing
list of West Coast clients,” said Diane C. Creel, Chairman and
CEO of Ecovation. “With his analytical and leadership skills,
Peter has the right blend of talents to find new partners for us in
the evolving wastewater treatment market.”
Bokor holds a master’s of business administration from The Anderson
School at the University of California, Los Angeles and a bachelor’s
degree in mechanical and aeronautical engineering from the University
of California, Davis. He is a registered mechanical engineer in the
State of California.
