The tremendous growth in the fuel ethanol industry does not come without its challenges – like cost-effectively managing the co-products (such as distiller’s grain) from the production process. Ecovation has identified a means to better control costs and increase the margins attached to the drying and distribution of distiller’s grains. We have developed a patent-pending solution using our technology which allows for ultimate flexibility in solids management while minimizing, or even eliminating entirely, the costly unit operations associated with evaporation and drying.

With our solutions, customers now have the option of selling their dried grains as animal feed at higher margins or, if no such market exists, using the grains as boiler fuel and offsetting more than 100% of their energy requirements.
